Quick answers
Does ARTwain work without AR glasses?
No. ARTwain needs display AR glasses with a full side-by-side 3D mode. Nothing plays on the phone screen.
Which glasses and phones work?
XREAL glasses with an iPhone 15 or newer. VITURE, RayNeo and Rokid are planned, and Android comes later. See Glasses setup.
The picture looks wrong in the glasses
Most problems come from the glasses being in the wrong mode. The troubleshooting list covers black screens, double pictures and stretched pictures.
I bought the collection on a new phone. How do I get it back?
Open ARTwain on the new phone with the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases.
Refunds
Purchases go through Apple. Ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The app collects no personal data. Read the privacy policy.
