The ARTwain app collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

Who we are

ARTwain is made by Caper Productions AB (org. nr 556818-2082), Stockholm, Sweden. We are the data controller for the sign-up list below. Contact: [email protected].

The app

• The app does not ask for your name, email or any other personal details.
• It does not use the camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos.
• It contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking code.
• Settings and progress are stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details, name or Apple Account. Apple tells the app only which content you have unlocked. Apple's own privacy policy covers the payment.

Downloads

Artworks you unlock are downloaded from a server. Like any server on the internet, it receives your device's IP address so it can send the files. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not combine it with anything else.

This website

artwain.com uses no cookies and no analytics. Fonts and scripts are served from artwain.com itself, so your browser does not contact Google or other third parties. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles requests as part of serving the page.

The sign-up list

If you sign up to hear when ARTwain is out, we store your email address, the date you signed up and which page you used. That is all.

• Why: to email you when ARTwain launches and when new artworks premiere. Nothing else, and never sold or shared.
• Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Where: in a database on Cloudflare, our hosting provider, which processes it for us.
• How long: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send has a way to unsubscribe, or just email us.

Children

The app collects no data from anyone, including children. The sign-up list is not meant for children under 13.

Your rights

The app holds no personal data about you. If you are on the sign-up list, you can ask to see, correct or delete your address at any time. If you email us, we keep your email only to answer you, and we delete it on request. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
